Winter season on the way,


Hey guys,

Dry winter season means means the chapped lips gradually increases....
mostly due to cold , Dry hair can contribute to chapped lips, mostly chapped lips get
worse during winter month.

Lips don't contain oil glands as other parts of the skin.....
Little humidity in the air during the winter months is the cause of the chapped lips.
sun exposure in the summer can also cause the chapped lips problem.
Another common cause of the chapped lips is habitual licking.

Vitamin deficiency which causes chapped lips?
"Lack of some vitamins ,particularly B-2 vitamins,may cause chapped lips.
vitamin B-2 ,also called as the riboflavin,is a B-complex vitamin which is must needed for your healthy hair,nails and skin, including your lips.
Deficiency of Vitamin B-2 causes dry lips.

HOW TO GET RID OF DEAD SKIN FROM YOUR LIPS??


  • Coconut oil




    


  1. coconut oil helps your  greatly in reducing the chapped lips.
  2. take a spoon of coconut oil and mix it well with sugar
  3. apply on your lips scrub in circular motions
  4. do it regularly for some weeks

  3. to get rid of the chapped lips putting alovera on your lips  regulary can reduce the chapped lips.


  • DAILY ROTIEN TO GET RID OF CHAPPED LIPS.


  1. wash your lips daily with a moisturizing cleanser.
  2. use a wet cloth or a soft toothbrush to gently rub  your lips to remove the chapped skin.
  3. Instantly apply a lip balm to your lips.
  4. Drink several glasses of water
  5. Do not lick your lips.

  1. Dip a wet cloth in the salt water and hold it in your lips for 20 mins.
  2. it reduces the burning sensation which comes with the chapped lips.
  3. heat some coconut oil and warm it and apply it in your lips with your finger or cotton swab.
